Established in May 2015, Kushal Mangal Hospital was founded under the vision and guidance of our mentor, Dr. Dharam Chand Bardia (Jain), with a singular mission — to create a healthcare institution rooted in honesty, compassion, and excellence. Since its inception, the hospital has been dedicated to providing patients with transparent medical opinions, ethical treatment, and advanced healthcare services.

About Our Founder –
Dr. Dharam Chand Bardia was born in 1963 into a Jain Oswal family in the small town of Bhinasar, Bikaner (Rajasthan). He was born as one of twins and was considered the weaker child at birth. However, destiny had a remarkable journey planned for him. While his twin brother could not survive due to medical complications and the limited healthcare facilities available at that time, Dr. Bardia overcame those early challenges — a beginning that unknowingly shaped his future in medicine.
At the young age of twelve, he was admitted to the prestigious Prince Bijay Singh Memorial (PBM) Hospital, Bikaner, suffering from Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM), a condition marked by persistent ear infections, eardrum perforation, and hearing difficulties. His diagnosis and treatment under the care of then ENT resident Dr. Nirmal Kumar Soni (later Professor & HOD, ENT Department) left a profound impact on him.
It was during this period that he truly understood the transformative role a doctor can play in a person’s life. Inspired by the compassion and dedication he witnessed, he resolved to dedicate his life to medicine. From that moment onward, there was no turning back.
Driven by determination and perseverance, Dr. Bardia returned to the very same institution in 1983 — this time as an MBBS student. He later pursued and completed his Master of Surgery (MS) from PBM Hospital, Bikaner, further strengthening his foundation in surgical sciences.
Continuing his pursuit of excellence, he underwent advanced training in Laparoscopic Surgery under the renowned Dr. C. Palanivelu, one of India’s pioneers in minimally invasive surgery (Laparoscopic Surgeries).
